Our mission is to bring enterprise-level insight to everyday industrial operations. We commission, troubleshoot, and improve PLC-controlled systems, and we build monitoring solutions that show exactly what your equipment is doing. Pairing hands-on controls expertise with high-resolution operational data helps facilities start up faster, run more reliably, and make decisions with evidence instead of guesswork. About

Founded in 2026 by two co-owners

P38 Solutions LLC is a Las Vegas-based industrial automation and controls company, founded in February 2026 by two co-owners. We focus on what we do best: commissioning, programming and supporting PLC-controlled equipment for material-handling manufacturers, integrators and operators.

We are deliberate about scope. We do not perform electrical construction, PE-stamped work, AMR/AGV or turnkey projects, which keeps us focused on controls and lets us do that work well.
